终于，ACM扛不住IEEE通过出版中国烂会论文集赚钱的诱惑，也堕落了。

中国烂会爆炸的一个原因是有人要评职称，还有一个原因是赚钱。在中国这么穷的地方，开个会居然要400USD。

  The objective of ICCC2011 will be provide a major interdisciplinary forum for the presentation of new approaches from relevant fields of computer science, to foster integration of the latest developments in scientific research into engineering applications, and to facilitate technology transfer from well-tested ideas into Innovative computing, cloud computing, software engineering, information technology, computer sciences and so on. 
  ICCC2011 will be held in Wuhan, China, August 13-14.  The ICCC 2011 conference proceedings will be published by ACM and all papers will be included in ACM digital library. The conference papers will be indexed by EI Compendex.
